Shipping policy

Shipping Policy At Rooted- A Letter Club, every letter is handcrafted to order.  We do not ship pre-made products from a warehouse- each letter is assembled by hand, sealed with wax, and sent through the mail with intention. 

Processing time Please allow 3-5 business days for your letter to be assembled, addressed, and mailed. During busy periods this may extend slightly- we will always communicate any delays by email. 

Delivery time All letters are sent via USPS First Class Mail within the United States. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after mailing depending on your location. A total of 6-12 business days from purchase to arrival is a reasonable expectation. 

Tracking Because our letters are sent as standard First Class Mail they do not include tracking. This is intentional- part of the magic of Rooted is the anticipation of not knowing exactly when it will arrive. If a letter has not arrived within 14 business days of your purchase date please contact us and we will look into it. 

Shipping Cost Shipping is included in the price of every letter and gift package. There are no additional shipping fees at checkout. 

Shipping area We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future- if you would like to send a letter outside the US please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.
